Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates (PCP) Yarraville is a boutique physiotherapy clinic and clinical pilates and S3 Barre studio, located in the heart of Yarraville village, close to the CBD and inner west suburbs – Seddon, West Footscray, Footscray, Spotswood, Newport, Williamstown and Altona!
The clinic provides physiotherapy services, including general physiotherapy, spinal physiotherapy (neck and back pain) and sports physiotherapy. Other specialised physiotherapy services include women’s health, pre and post natal physiotherapy needs, management of headache and vertigo (BPPV). A new real time ultrasound machine has also been introduced at the clinic.
The pilates studio provides clinical pilates services, including the latest state-of-the-art equipment (reformer and trapeze table / Cadillac) and mat classes, in individual or group settings. All sessions are conducted by a qualified physiotherapist. Private health rebate is also available.
S3 Studio provides S3 Barre (clinical barre) workouts: the ultimate barre workout, combining classical ballet techniques with clinical Pilates principles and methods to sculpt lean and toned muscles! All sessions are choreographed by a qualified physiotherapist. No dance experience or tutus required!
No referral is required to make an appointment for physiotherapy and clinical pilates or barre services.

Our Team

Megan Hingston

Principal Women’s Health Physiotherapist

Originally from Ballarat, Megan graduated from La Trobe University in 2011 and completed the graduate certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2015. Since graduating, Megan has worked in both private practice and hospital settings, gaining valuable experience in outpatient rehabilitation and acute post surgical management. Megan manages all types of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions but has a strong interest in pre and postnatal women’s health. Megan is trained to use real time ultrasound, which she utilizes in assessment of pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscle integrity in pre and postnatal assessments. Megan has a passion for exercise based rehabilitation and has extensive experience in teaching clinical Pilates. Outside of work Megan enjoys travel, exercise and music (and a coffee).

Thanh (Tam) Pham

Principal Physiotherapist

Tam graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy. The highlight of his clinical experience was working in New York in sports rehabilitation with one of the best musculoskeletal practices in the world, and women’s health at the Royal Women’s Hospital. His areas of interests are but not limited to spinal pain, pelvic girdle pain and sports medicine. He is also an experienced group fitness and personal trainer with experience in strength and functional training. Given his diverse background, he enjoys working with a wide range of clients to achieve their fitness goals – from the elite athletes to the weekend warriors, from the immediate post-natal patients to the athlete moms! Whilst not treating and teaching Pilates, he enjoys participating in Muay Thai, being an adventurous foodie with the occasional coffee date.

Fiona Tydde

Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates

Fiona grew up on the sunny shores of Perth where she studied Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Western Australia. After graduating in 2010 Fiona moved to Melbourne where she undertook post graduate studies in Clinical Pilates with Dance Medicine Australia as well as Dry Needling. Fiona has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal, sporting, women’s health and vestibular clients. She has a holistic approach and believes in the importance of functional rehabilitation for long term results. The highlight of Fiona’s career has been working in London where she worked with many Lords, Ladies, junior elite athletes and even a few movie producers! In her spare time Fiona enjoys dancing, S3 barre classes, running and traveling- so much so she completed the Paris marathon in 2015.

Maddy Cunningham

Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates

‘Graduated from Physiotherapy at Melbourne Uni after previously working in strength in conditioning with professional firefighters and local, TAC and VFL footballers. Maddy has also worked as a personal trainer and in group fitness settings which lead to a passion to getting people back from injuries to their regular activities they enjoy. Since graduating Maddy has worked with a diverse range of clients including vestibular, peadiatric, neurological and musculoskeletal clients. Personally Maddy enjoys going to the gym, being outdoors or doing anything other than sitting still!’

Mary Blaquiere

Pilates Instructor

Mary completed her Bachelor degree in Marketing at Swinburne University in 2003 & has worked within brand management & marketing within the sporting arena for fifteen years. Having practiced the Pilates method throughout her life & along with her motivation for health & well being, it led her to obtain her certification in Mat, Reformer & Pre & Postal Pilates instruction with Breathe education. Already leading an active lifestyle with Pilates having a pivotal influence, Mary gained a deeper appreciation of the Pilates method through her pregnancy & after having her son. She saw how empowering & strengthening Pilates was and the positive impact it had on the body & in particular to pre & post natal clients. Being able to help people move more efficiently & enjoy the strengthening benefits that comes with it have been very rewarding. Aside from working as a Brand Manager by day & a Pilates instructor by night, Mary loves getting to the Melbourne Tan for an early morning run & will never say no to a good coffee.

Shannan Rosenzweig

Physiotherapist

Shannan grew up on a farm in rural South Australia when she moved to Adelaide to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at Flinders University. Prior to being a physiotherapist, she was a remedial massage therapist having worked in private clinics and with the Adelaide Thunderbirds and Port Adelaide Powers. She also enjoys working with kids which took her to a Paediatric Hospital in Malawi. Some of her interests are treating young children with sporting injuries and facilitating self-management strategies for spinal pain. Having moved to Melbourne, Shannan spends her time playing competitive Netball, enjoying a flat white and swimming in the beach.

Rebecca Bruce

Women’s Health Physiotherapist

Rebecca moved to Melbourne from Canada to pursue her Physiotherapy career at The University of Melbourne. During her career, she developed a special interest working with pre-post natal clients and men’s health which led her to complete a post graduate certificate in Pelvic Floor physiotherapy. She is also a qualified personal trainer and is able to facilitate post-natal clients returning to the gym safely, coordinate diabetes program and treat clients with musculoskeletal issues. In her spare time she enjoys traveling the world, taking her puppy for runs on the beach and going on multi-day bush walks.
